KHYN STUDIO LLC— TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective as of: December 2024

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Khyn Photography Studio LLC (“Khyn Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any individual or entity (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) that accesses, books, or utilizes the studio premises, facilities, or services. By proceeding with a booking or entering the premises, you expressly agree to be bound by all terms outlined herein.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES & POLICY AGREEMENT

All Clients are required to review and sign the complete Rules & Policy Agreement upon arrival at the studio. This document outlines all operational, behavioral, and safety requirements in full and is legally enforceable.
Booking or accessing Khyn Studio facilities constitutes irrevocable acceptance of this Agreement and all studio rules.

2. LIABILITY WAIVER & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

• Khyn Studio shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or interruption to business or personal activities resulting from the use of our facilities.

• Clients bear full responsibility for all persons under their booking, including team members, guests, models, vendors, and collaborators.

• Any damage to studio property—including but not limited to sets, furniture, decor, walls, flooring, and equipment—will be assessed by Khyn Studio management and invoiced accordingly. Payment is due within the timeframe stipulated in the signed studio policy.

3. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE & CONSENT

The Client acknowledges that Khyn Studio is equipped with 24/7 surveillance systems covering all shared and operational zones.
By entering the premises, you grant explicit consent to be recorded for purposes of safety, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Video footage may be submitted to authorities in the event of legal or contractual breaches.

4. CONTENT, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS

While Khyn Studio does not claim ownership of content produced on-site, we reserve the right to suspend any shoot that violates:

• UAE federal or municipal laws

• Intellectual property rights

• Public decency or privacy obligations
  Clients are prohibited from using studio premises to create content that may be deemed defamatory, illegal, or harmful to public order.

5. FORCE MAJEURE

Khyn Studio shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, electrical or utility outages, pandemics, governmental orders, strikes, acts of God, or civil unrest.

6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY POLICY

The studio strictly enforces a maximum occupancy limit of fifteen (15) individuals per session, inclusive of all crew, talent, assistants, and visitors.

• Exceptions must be requested in writing and approved by management prior to the session.

• Exceeding this limit without prior authorization will result in an automatic penalty of AED 700, payable within three (3) calendar days.

• The studio reserves the right to immediately pause or cancel any session that breaches this policy, without refund.

7. BOOKING, CANCELLATION & PAYMENT TERMS

• All bookings must be paid in full in advance via approved methods (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer).

• Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

• Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

• Clients may reschedule up to two (2) times with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability and written approval.

8. JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of Khyn Studio shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. LEGAL ENFORCEMENT & FINAL CLAUSES

• These Terms & Conditions are non-negotiable and subject to strict enforcement.

• Violations may result in immediate session termination, fines, and permanent restriction from future bookings.

• Use of the studio, whether booked online, via email, or in person, shall be considered binding agreement to these terms.
