OFFICIAL RULES & POLICY AGREEMENT

This Rules & Policy Agreement is issued by Khyn Studio LLC, a legally registered business entity operating under the jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates.

At Khyn Studio LLC (“Khyn Studio”), we are committed to providing an exceptional, secure, and professionally regulated environment for content creation.

The following policies are legally enforceable and must be strictly adhered to by all clients, guests, and collaborators entering or utilizing the studio premises. These terms serve to protect the safety, integrity, and operational flow of our facility, and are structured in alignment with applicable laws and industry best practices.

In accordance with Khyn Studio’s operational protocols and in alignment with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, all clients are required to formally sign the on-site Rules and Policy Agreement prior to the commencement of any booking.

The signed acknowledgment serves as a legally binding confirmation of the client's acceptance of all terms, and no session shall be permitted to proceed in its absence.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

• All reservations must be settled in full prior to confirmation. Unpaid or partially paid bookings shall be considered incomplete and may be forfeited without notification.

• Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Please note: Khyn Studio operates as a cashless entity.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Any cancellations made within 48 hours shall result in the forfeiture of all fees paid.

• A maximum of two (2) rescheduling requests will be accommodated per booking, subject to a 48-hour minimum notice and availability.

• Booking confirmation constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms herein.

• Khyn Studio reserves the right to amend, revise, or update its pricing structure at any time without prior notice. All prices listed on the website, social media, or in verbal communications are indicative and non-binding.

  Only once a booking has been fully paid and confirmed in writing does the quoted rate become guaranteed. Any rates not secured by completed payment are subject to change without liability. Clients are responsible for reviewing the most up-to-date rates before confirming their reservation

2. SCHEDULING, ACCESS, & TIME MANAGEMENT

• Clients must arrive precisely at their scheduled session start time. Entry prior to the allotted time is strictly prohibited and may interfere with other clients' reserved use.

• Extended Use & Overtime Penalty
  Clients exceeding their reserved time by any amount without prior written approval will incur an automatic overtime charge equivalent to one full hour, plus a penalty fee of AED 200. This enforcement is non-negotiable and will be charged without exception with a period of 3-days to render the payment.

• All session-related activities — including but not limited to setup, hair and makeup preparation, breakdown, and post-use cleanup — must be strictly concluded within the allotted reservation period. No leniency, grace period, or discretionary extension shall be permitted under any circumstance. 

• Delayed arrivals shall not entitle the client to any time compensation or refund.

3. CODE OF CONDUCT & PROHIBITED BEHAVIORS

Khyn Studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that jeopardizes safety, professionalism, or facility integrity. The following are expressly prohibited on the premises:

• Food & Drink Policy
  Food, beverages, and cakes are strictly prohibited inside any styled or furnished studio areas, including sets, rooms, or decor zones. Light meals or breaks are permitted only in the reception area, provided they do not interfere with other bookings. Under no circumstances may food or drink be consumed inside the shooting rooms. Violations may result in cleaning fees and disruption penalties

• Animals & Pets Animals and pets are strictly prohibited within Khyn Studio premises under all circumstances. This applies to all clients, guests, and crew. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the session and applicable penalties.

• Consumption or possession of alcohol, including wine

• Smoking or vaping within any enclosed space of the studio

• Illegal substances of any kind

Any violation of these provisions will result in:

• Immediate session termination

• AED 1,000 fine

• Mandatory reporting to building security and, if applicable, legal authorities

These policies are enforced in accordance with UAE Federal Law. No exemptions will be granted.

4. PRESENCE OF MINORS

Minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on studio premises. We strongly advise that clients bring an additional adult to assist with young children during active sessions.

5. LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY

• Clients assume full responsibility for their belongings and equipment brought into the studio.

• Khyn Studio does not provide short-term or long-term storage solutions.

• Any item left unattended beyond the scheduled booking time will be considered abandoned and may be discarded without notice.

• Clients shall not handle, move, or operate studio equipment or furnishings without express prior authorization.

• Damage to property, equipment, walls, flooring, or decor will result in a charge for full professional repair or replacement, at the discretion of studio management.

6. FACILITY USE & MAINTENANCE OBLIGATIONS

6.1 Shoe Cover Policy

To preserve the hygiene, integrity, and visual presentation of all styled sets, furnishings, and flooring, all individuals entering Khyn Studio are strictly required to wear protective shoe covers at all times. This applies to all clients, talent, photographers, crew members, assistants, stylists, and accompanying individuals.

• On-camera talent ONLY may remove shoe covers solely during active filming or photography.

• Shoe covers are provided at entry by studio staff.

• Non-compliance with this policy shall result in a mandatory cleaning surcharge of up to AED 300, which will be automatically added to the final invoice.

6.2 Furniture & Prop Reset Policy

Clients and their teams are obligated to return all furniture, props, and studio elements to their original configuration by the end of the session. This includes movable decor, set pieces, tables, chairs, and any other utilized items.

• Khyn Studio operates as a shared creative space and relies on mutual respect between bookings to maintain a professional standard.

• Failure to comply shall result in a reorganization fee of AED 250, to be added to the final invoice without further notice.

6.3 Maximum Occupancy Policy

Khyn Studio enforces a strict occupancy limit of fifteen (15) persons per booking, inclusive of all talent, production crew, stylists, and guests.

• Unauthorized overcapacity will result in an immediate penalty of AED 700, to be invoiced post-session.

• This penalty must be settled within three (3) calendar days of the session date. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of future booking privileges.

• The studio reserves the unilateral right to terminate any ongoing session in breach of this rule, with no refund due.

  6.4 Noise, Music, and Activity Restrictions

  Khyn Studio operates within a shared commercial building and is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment for neighboring offices and tenants. As such:

  • Loud music, shouting, or disruptive noise of any kind is strictly prohibited.

  • Dance projects, choreography rehearsals, or high-movement productions that generate floor vibration or sound disturbances are not permitted within the studio premises.

  • Music played during sessions must be kept at a low to moderate volume at all times.

  • Clients found in violation of this policy may have their session terminated immediately, without refund, and may be subject to a penalty of up to AED 500, in addition to being permanently restricted from future bookings.

  These measures are enforced in accordance with building management guidelines and UAE civil regulations regarding shared commercial spaces.

7. SAFETY, SECURITY & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

• The studio is equipped with surveillance cameras for safety monitoring and operational oversight.

• Clients must comply with all posted safety notices and emergency evacuation instructions.

• Khyn Studio, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, or other adverse event occurring during or after use of the premises.

• Use of the studio is undertaken entirely at the client’s own risk.

8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ENFORCEMENT

All clients are required to review and physically sign a copy of this Rules & Policy Agreement upon arrival at Khyn Studio. This step constitutes formal acknowledgment, acceptance, and consent to adhere fully to the studio’s operational, safety, and legal protocols.

By entering and utilizing the facilities of Khyn Studio, the Client affirms that they have understood and agreed to all conditions contained herein. These terms are legally binding and enforceable under the applicable civil, commercial, and municipal regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate penalties, cancellation of services, suspension from future bookings, and—where applicable—referral to legal or regulatory authorities.

9. LEGAL PROTECTIONS, LIABILITY & ENFORCEMENT

9.1 Indemnity Clause

By using Khyn Studio facilities, the Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Khyn Photography Studio LLC, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from personal injury, property damage, negligence, misconduct, or failure to comply with studio policies, whether caused by the Client or any individual under their booking.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Khyn Photography Studio LLC be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational harm resulting from the use—or inability to use—studio facilities. Liability shall in all cases be limited strictly to the amount paid for the session.

9.3 Force Majeure

Khyn Studio shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, government mandates, utility failure, or civil unrest.

9.4 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of Khyn Studio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

9.5 Damage Valuation Consent

In the event of any damage to studio property or equipment, the Client agrees that Khyn Studio management shall have sole discretion to assess and determine the appropriate cost of repair or replacement. This valuation is final and payable within seven (7) calendar days of issuance.

9.6 Surveillance Notice

Khyn Studio is monitored by 24/7 video surveillance in all public and operational areas for safety, security, and legal accountability. By entering the premises, the Client consents to such monitoring and waives any objection thereto.

9.7 Third-Party Vendors & Guests

Khyn Studio is not responsible for any vendors, makeup artists, stylists, photographers, or other third parties brought onto the premises by the Client. All such individuals remain under the sole liability and responsibility of the Client.
