Thank you for choosing Khyn Photography Studio LLC. We are committed to providing you with an exceptional photography experience. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure a smooth process for your session and to protect both parties.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • Booking: All photography sessions must be booked in advance.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. All payments must be made before the booking.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling:
    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of the full amount.
    • Rescheduling is allowed up to two times, provided we are notified at least 48 hours in advance.

Session Details

  • Arrival Time: We ask that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled session time to ensure we start on time.
  • Late Arrivals: We understand that delays can happen. However, please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session. The session time will not be extended, and no refunds will be issued for missed time.

Studio Behavior & Conduct

  • Professionalism: We strive to create a comfortable and positive atmosphere. We ask that all clients maintain respectful behavior during sessions. Any disruptive behavior that compromises the safety or success of the shoot may result in the session being terminated with no refund.
  • Minors: If children or minors are involved in the session, a parent or guardian must be present at all times. We recommend having an additional adult on hand to assist with young children during shoots.

 Equipment & Studio Use

  • Client Property: Clients are responsible for their personal items brought to the studio. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during the session.
  • Studio Equipment: Clients are not permitted to handle or move studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and props, unless explicitly permitted by the photographer.
  • 2. Studio Facilities & Booking Process

    2.1 Studio Overview

    Khyn Studiō provides three uniquely themed, intimate rooms for rental. Each room is designed to meet the creative needs of influencers, brands, and other professionals in the content creation industry. Our studio is specifically tailored to provide a high-quality, sophisticated environment for the production of premium content.

    2.2 Room Reservations and Availability

    • No more than 4 people are allowed in each room at any given time , Please contact us at least 24 hours before if you are planning to have more people .All room bookings must be made via our official website or through direct communication with our team.
    • Availability of rooms is subject to scheduling, and bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
    • Bookings may be made for any duration, provided the minimum booking time requirement for each room is met.

    2.3 Booking Confirmation

    Upon successful completion of the booking process, a confirmation email will be sent to the Client. This confirmation serves as acknowledgment of the reservation. The Client must verify all booking details, including the room selected, date, time, and any special requirements or requests.

    2.4 Changes to Bookings

    • Modifications to confirmed bookings, such as changes in date, time, or room type, may be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
    • A rebooking fee may apply if changes are made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

    2.5 Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value.
    • Cancellations made after the scheduled session or no-shows will not be refunded.

    2.6 Booking Duration and Extensions

    • If additional time is needed beyond the initial booking, Clients must request an extension at least one hour  prior to the end of their scheduled time. Extensions are always subject to availability.
    • Parking , Set up , Breakdown , clean up & Pack up are all included in the reserved time that was scheduled , please take this into consideration as no extra time shall be allowed .

    3. Payment Terms

    3.1 Pricing

    • All pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change without prior notice. Prices are based on the specific room, time of day, and duration of the booking.
    • Special offers, promotions, or discounts may apply from time to time, and these will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

    3.2 Payment Methods

    • Payment for all bookings must be made in full at the time of reservation. Accepted payment methods include  credit card, cash , bank transfer, etc.
    • Payments must be processed through the designated payment gateway. Clients must ensure that all payment details are correct at the time of booking.

    3.3 Additional Charges

    • Additional charges may apply for the use of specialized equipment, props, or services requested during the booking. These charges will be detailed at the time of booking.
    • The Client is responsible for paying any extra charges incurred during their session, including but not limited to additional hours, technical support, equipment rentals, or cleaning fees.

    4. Use of Studio Facilities and Equipment

    4.1 Studio Equipment

    • Khyn Studiō provides a range of equipment, including lighting, cameras, props, and sound equipment, which are available for use during your session. Clients must use all equipment responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided by the studio staff.
    • The Client must not use any equipment or props not expressly permitted by the studio management.

    4.2 Damage to Equipment or Property

    • The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the studio's equipment, furniture, or other property during the booking. In the event of damage, the Client will be charged for the full cost of repair or replacement, which will be determined by the studio management.
    • Clients are required to notify the studio immediately of any damage, malfunction, or technical issue during the session.

    4.3 Proper Use of the Studio Space

    • Shoes must be removed or covered at all times inside the room .
    • The Client must take care not to cause damage to the studio’s premises, including furniture, flooring, walls, and decor.
    • Makeup, body products, or any substances used within the studio should be applied with caution to avoid staining or damaging the space. Any stains or permanent damage to the studio’s property will result in additional cleaning or replacement charges.
    • Please leave the room exactly as you find it , clean for the next costumer .

    4.4 Access to Restricted Areas

    • Access to certain areas of the studio, such as technical control rooms or storage areas, is restricted to authorized personnel only.
    • Clients are not permitted to enter restricted areas without prior authorization from studio management.

    5. Conduct and Client Responsibilities

    5.1 Professional Behavior

    Clients are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout their time in the studio. This includes respect for the studio's staff, other clients, and the premises.

    • Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
    • Keep noise levels appropriate for the enviroment, no loud music is allowed in the studio at any time .
    • Food & Drinks are not allowed inside the room .

    5.2 Guests and Visitors

    Only individuals listed in the booking confirmation may be present in the studio rooms. Four people maximum are allowed per room .

    If additional guests or visitors are required, prior approval from the studio management must be obtained.

    • Unauthorized guests or visitors may be asked to leave the premises.

    5.3 Confidentiality and Privacy

    • Clients are responsible for maintaining confidentiality regarding the content produced in the studio. The studio reserves the right to request that content be taken down if it violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

    6. Health, Safety, and Security

    6.1 Health and Safety

    • Clients must adhere to all health and safety regulations established by the studio. This includes, but is not limited to, fire safety procedures, the use of electrical equipment, and the handling of props or chemicals.
    • In the event of an emergency, clients should immediately follow the studio’s emergency evacuation procedures.

    6.2 Studio Security

    • Khyn Studiō is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, equipment, or other property brought into the studio. Clients are encouraged to secure their valuables at all times.
    • The studio premises are monitored by security cameras to ensure the safety of clients and staff. However, personal responsibility for security remains with the Client.

    7. Limitations of Liability

    7.1 General Liability

    Khyn Studiō strives to provide a safe, professional, and enjoyable environment for all its clients. However, Khyn Studiō, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft of property, or any other direct or indirect damages, incurred during the use of the studio facilities or in connection with the services provided.
